Main functions
The facilitator will have the mandate to lead dance or zumba workshops according to his specialty during theme days with young people aged 5 to 12 depending on the contract and the activity. The animator is responsible for setting up his workshops, in collaboration with the Recre-Action Club. The Recre-Action Club provides the sound equipment necessary for the activities. The presenter must provide their own music.
Workplace details
The activities take place in several regions of Quebec, in elementary schools and day camps. The facilitator will be awarded contracts, depending on his availability and the distance he wishes to travel to his workplace.
Requirements
-Have a minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience in leading groups of children aged 5 to 12;
-Have one or more availability during the week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
-Have access to a car or be able to move easily to the elementary schools in your area.

He will be in charge of a group of 10 to 24 children aged 5 to 12 depending on the contract and the activity. The session can last between 8 and 12 weeks for each of the three seasons (fall, winter and spring). He will have to take attendance, manage dinner or snack and animate his activity lasting about one hour.

Main functions
The Recre-Action Club is a youth entertainment provider offering extracurricular activities and thematic activities mainly in elementary schools in Montérégie. We also offer day camp, leisure activities, and children's parties in our brand new recreation center.
The main mandate of the person occupying the position of Children's Party Animator will be to lead thematic activities during children's parties, but also to ensure the smooth running of the rentals, ensure the cleanliness of the premises, and also manage the equipment used.
Since the position is quite diverse, we are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, versatile, resourceful and able to prioritize their tasks. Since we deal a lot with school principals, the person we are looking for must be diplomatic and have very good communication skills. Requirements

Activity Coordinator — Club Récre-Action
Job description
The main mandate of the Counsellor will be to ensure effective communication with parents, schools and partners, in addition to overseeing the logistics surrounding the Club's activities.
The position offers great stability, a friendly atmosphere and a great flexibility of schedule (possibility of 4 days/week and summer vacation of 4 to 5 weeks).
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, calls, and messages.
- Create and update attendee lists
- Coordinate enrollment, billing, and follow-up of extracurricular activities.
- Perform various administrative tasks and update databases.
- Ensure a constant link between the animation team, customers and the administration.
